Practical answers about using fairsort

General

fairsort helps people responsible for hiring review CVs with clearer, job-relevant evidence. It prepares each application for review and groups candidates into Strong Match, Potential Match and Weak Match so you can decide what to check next.

fairsort is for hiring teams, employers and people reviewing high volumes of applications. It helps you work through CVs more consistently while keeping hiring decisions in your hands.

fairsort does not automatically reject candidates or ask you to rely on a single score. It shows the evidence behind each application so you can review it alongside your own judgement.

How it works

Create a job, check the requirements and upload the CVs you want to review. fairsort then prepares the applications so you can review the evidence, add notes and build a shortlist.

fairsort supports common CV formats including PDF, Word, RTF, text and ODT files.

Each application is reviewed against the requirements for the job. fairsort then groups candidates into Strong Match, Potential Match and Weak Match based on the evidence found, so you can decide what to review first.
